Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless shipping error occurred.
For International Orders we offer world wide shipping at additional cost depending on shipping service chosen. The customer is responsible for all customs fees and duties in the country to which the basket is being sent. We can ship via UPS, FEDEX or US Postal Service. Customers may e-mail us for exact shipping cost on international shipments.
For US Customers, orders can be shipped to other addresses than the credit card billing address; credit card billing address must be verified prior to delivery. Please allow 24 hours for confirmation of orders.
